The website kikianderos.com is an e-commerce store trading products and services via internet created and operated by ”KIKI & EROS” private company that is registered in Athens, Greece. Our VAT number is 045165951.
Before navigating our website you agree to be bound by the terms of use www.kikianderos.com.
KIKI & EROS’S website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of and Conditions and any other rules posted on our website. KIKI & EROS reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company assumes the obligation to update this document in case of any change or addition to the terms.
This is a legal document between you (Buyer) and KIKI & EROS. Please read this agreement carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions set in this agreement do not proceed with the purchase.
You may only place an order if you are considered capable of entering into an enforceable contract in the applicable jurisdiction. An order may be placed only by natural persons 18 years or older who are legally eligible to enter into contracts and are not acting in their capacity as representatives of a company, with a physical address (no deliveries are made to PO Boxes).
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing these Terms shall be incorporated in every offer quotation acceptance and together with the order to which they relate and acceptance of the order by KIKI & EROS constitute the entire agreement between KIKI & EROS and the Buyer. Any conditions proposed by the Buyer which are inconsistent with these terms are hereby excluded and these terms regulate the offer and acceptance of purchase orders.
In order to be able to purchase an item, you are initially asked to read and accept unconditionally all the provisions set by the present Terms of Sales.
You may purchase an item either as a registered user after creating an account or as a visitor. If you create an account, you agree to provide only true and accurate information. You further acknowledge that you will control your account and that you are liable for any unlawful act occurred under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer so that others may not access any password protected portion of the Website or other Properties using your name, username, or password in whole or in part.
Information regarding the products
The information displayed on the website provided regarding the characteristics and description of the product’s features is accurate. We also make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products including colors. However, taking into consideration that the way the colors are displayed on your screen depend on the technical system that you are using, we cannot guarantee that the colors are properly displayed. Any such variation may not be considered a defect or damage.
The inclusion of any products or services on kikianderos.com at a particular time, does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a product display of the colors, accurately reflects the color of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
For some jewels Doublet Stones are used (A doublet stone is a type of assembled gem composed by two gems, the one that gives the color and a high quality natural crystal quartz). These stones are made in collaboration with a high quality specialized workshop in Athens, Greece. Colors may have slight differences since they are small pieces cut from a large piece of a gem stone. It is almost impossible in most cases for the gems to be identical. If seen in reflected light, a separation line may be seen. A harder garnet makes the stones more durable. This technique allows to use a larger variety of gem stones, since the softer ones can also be used.
KIKI & EROS shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of KIKI & EROS products displayed on the website. If you have any questions about the products, you may contact us by emailing kikianderosjewelry@gmail.com.
Product prices
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice at any time prior to KIKI & EROS acceptance of the order/the purchase.
You are asked to check the final price of sale before sending the order. The prices include all taxes (including statutory VAT).
All prices on the website are in Euro, unless otherwise stated.
Ordering
When placing your order, you will be asked to fill in certain information, such as email, in order to send you an email confirmation and the address where the products will be delivered.
In case the product is not available at the time of the purchase, this unavailability will be indicated on the website. If for any reason, you have placed the order and although the product is mentioned as available we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received the payment for such order, we will refund the amount using the same method used to make the payment. If for any reason alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you, in order to settle the refund at the email address indicated by you.
Shipping
KIKI & EROS exercises the utmost diligence in processing orders and will make its best to deliver your order by ACS courier or ELTA (Greek Postal Service).
We will try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. Notwithstanding any extraordinary circumstances and subject to product availability, if no specific timeframe is indicated in the confirmation, we aim to deliver within 1 to 7 working days following confirmation of the order. However, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order and you will be refunded.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details (methods of delivery etc). Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
Order placed on national holidays or weekends, will be processed on the following working day.
Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.

In order to secure the payments through your credit cards, KIKI & EROS collaborates with certified payment service providers operating according to the provisions of the relevant legislation.
In order for the payment to be accomplished, you are directed to a secure page of the collaborating payment service provider. There you register your card details, i.e. the full name of the owner of the card, the card number, the expiry date (month and year) of the card, the security code (verifying the authenticity of the card) imprinted in the appropriate space of the card reserved for the signature of the holder (CVV / VISA or CVC / MC), in order to check the validity of the cards and safely carry out the transaction.
We do not store the data inserted by you in relation to the number of the card or the card security code verifying the authenticity of the card (for example CVV/VISA or CVC/MC). The service provider controls the data inserted and informs electronically, for the approval or the rejection of the transaction. Once the details are entered the amount of the purchase will be debited.
In case a transaction is rejected, irrespective of the reason of the rejection (which could be for example default on overdraft, failure of the system of the payment service provider or of the Bank issuing the card) the order will be cancelled.
KIKI & EROS reserves the right to check the validity of the card used, the cards’ status in relation to the order value and reserves the right to refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
Invoices will be sent to the e-mail that you have indicated at the registration process. For that reason, please make sure that you have registered your current e-mail.

Security
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi Payments GR & Nexi e-Commerce” that uses andanced encryption protocols. Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Refund
After the products have been returned, we shall check that the products are in the same condition sent by KIKI & EROS. KIKI & EROS shall send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products and shall refund amounts already paid as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days at the latest from day the returned products have been received and return has been accepted. International returns depend upon the chosen courier service. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place. Our logistics team will process your package within a few days. After having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with, we will promptly start the refund procedure. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.
If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit.
KIKI & EROS is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros. Bank charges are not refundable.
In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid to KIKI & EROS. Nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the condition in which they were sent back to KIKI & EROS. If you do not wish to receive the products in the condition in which they were sent back to KIKI & EROS, KIKI & EROS shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the amount already received.
Please allow up to 4-10 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
Cancellation
You may cancel the order within 24 hours under the condition that the order has not been executed yet. If you wish to cancel the order you will have to contact KIKI & EROS by either sending an email at the following address kikianderosjewlry@gmail.com or calling +30 6977299272 during working hours (Monday – Friday from 11am to 7pm UTC+2). If the order has not been processed yet, no charges will apply for cancelling the order.
KIKI & EROS reserves the right to cancel the order for reasons of force majeure or reasons that may occur in relation to the Buyer such as inability to pay the amount owed, false delivery address, or other reasons which refer to the internal operation of KIKI & EROS such as withdrawal of specific products, product shortage.
Other terms
In case any of the provisions of this Terms of Use is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions that will remain in force.
The Parties have agreed to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
The content provided through the present Website cannot be considered as advice, encouragement, suggestion, instruction or guidance to the users to act or to omit. It is at the discretion of the users to act at their own will discharging KIKI & EROS from being liable, as defined above.

Jurisdictional issues
The present Terms and Conditions of Sale and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the Courts of Athens are competent as regards any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
